Maria Luisa Miazzi

Born Boara Pisani (Padua), February 20th, 1951. Education: University of Padua (J.D. 1975). Admitted 1979 (Italy). Admitted to plead before the Supreme Court of Cassation.

She esclusively deals with labour law in all its aspects, including litigation before ordinary, administrative, auditing and fiscal courts. She has more than thirty years experience in matters related to the labour world, having assisted private persons, primary industrial and commercial companies, banks, multiutilities and public entities of various nature (commons, provinces, healthcare companies).

Maria Luisa Miazzi was involved as attorney in the most important disputes concerning labour law, agency and commercial representation which interested the Veneto area. Many judgments issued in disputes in which she represented one of the parties were published in the most important law reviews.

She took part as lecturer in scientific meetings concerning labour law, agency and commercial representation, and her articles in such subjects were published in law reviews.
