Roberto Ceccon (Venice, February 24, 1954) - Founder Partner
Founder Partner of the Firm, he operates in Padua, Rome and Milan offices providing consultancy activities to individuals, midium-size and large companies, on a wide range of company law matters and strategic operations.
He has a strong expertise in company acquisitions, having taken part in several M&A operations, mainly in the fields of fashion, food & beverages and manufacturing industry.
He is well-known in the field of commercial litigation (corporate disputes) assisting some of the leading industrial entities of his area before several national courts.
He has gained considerable experience in bankruptcy law by dealing with relevant insolvency procedures.
He actually carries out - and has always carried out - litigation activity in arbitrations: former Secretary General of the International Arbitration Chamber of Venice, member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London and arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association of New York, and at the Dubai International Arbitration centre (D.I.A.C.), as well as author of several publications about International Arbitration and lecturer at domestic and international conferences.
Professor of International Trade Law at the University of Trento - Faculty of Law and at the University of padua - Faculty of Political Sciences.
He graduated in Law at the University of Padua in 1979 and was admitted to the bar in 1983 and before the Corte di Cassazione (Supreme Court) in 1998.
He speaks fluently Italian and English. He is member of the International Bar Association and of the European Union of Lawyers.
