Alessia Ceccon

Alessia Ceccon (Padua, September 26, 1986). Junior Partner.

 

She graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan in February 2011, entering the Firm the following month.

 

She spent several periods of study abroad: in particular in Germany (in Heidelberg and Cologne), in England at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and at the University of Cambridge, and in France at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, where she attended short masters on legal matters, expecially focusing on specific issues of Commercial and Corporate Law, Contract Law, and International Commercial Arbitration.

She gained experience in the field of civil litigation and banckruptcy law, besides devoting herself to the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts. 

Through the collaboration with the professionals of the law firm, she developed a strong interest and widened her competence in M&A, taking part to relevant corporate acquisitions and extraordinary transactions alongside local and foreign companies.

Federica Ceccon

Federica Ceccon (Padua, September 19th, 1988). Junior Partner.

Admitted to the Bar in January 2016.
She graduated in Law at the University of Padua in April 2013 and joined the Law Firm in May 2013.
In July 2013 she attended a summer course regarding the Common Law system held by the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge (UK).
During her period of practical legal training, she mainly focused on international trade law and international arbitration, taking part in different conferences and courses held by “CAM” (i. e. Camera Arbitrale di Milano) and by “ICC” (International Chamber of Commerce) in Milan, Rome and Paris, and other legal institutions.
She participated in the XII Cologne Academy on International Contracts at the Universität zu Köln (German) in September 2014, and in the Training on International Contracts held by the ICC in April 2015, in Paris.
In March 2015 she attended a course concerning IP in Milan, while in winter 2016 she attended a short master in bankruptcy law, regarding especially restructuring procedures.
In December 2016, after a specific course held by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, she got the title of "Gestore della Crisi da Sovraindebitamento" (a special insolvency procedure applicable to those who are not subject to the ordinary bankruptcy proceedings).
She has always been interested in art. Therefore since 2018 she started focusing on art law and art business. Between May-July 2019 she participated in a course regarding law in the international art market, and in summer 2019 she took part in a course concerning contemporary art, in London.

Silvia Salmaso

Silvia Salmaso (Padua, July 3, 1979). Partner.

Admitted to the bar in 2007. After the Degree in Law at the University of Padua in 2003, she collaborated with a leading law firm of Chicago (USA), widening her expertise in Corporate Law and Business Planning, IP, Internet related matters and unfair competition. She entered the Firm in January 2008.

Roberto Ceccon

Roberto Ceccon (Venice, February 24, 1954) - Founder Partner

Founder Partner of the Firm, he operates in Padua, Rome and Milan offices providing consultancy activities to individuals, midium-size and large companies, on a wide range of company law matters and strategic operations.

He has a strong expertise in company acquisitions, having taken part in several M&A operations, mainly in the fields of fashion, food & beverages and manufacturing industry.

He is well-known in the field of commercial litigation (corporate disputes) assisting some of the leading industrial entities of his area before several national courts.

He has gained considerable experience in bankruptcy law by dealing with relevant insolvency procedures.

He actually carries out - and has always carried out - litigation activity in arbitrations: former Secretary General of the International Arbitration Chamber of Venice, member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London and arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association of New York, and at the Dubai International Arbitration centre (D.I.A.C.), as well as author of several publications about International Arbitration and lecturer at domestic and international conferences.

Professor of International Trade Law at the University of Trento - Faculty of Law and at the University of padua - Faculty of Political Sciences.

He graduated in Law at the University of Padua in 1979 and was admitted to the bar in 1983 and before the Corte di Cassazione (Supreme Court) in 1998.

He speaks fluently Italian and English. He is member of the International Bar Association and of the European Union of Lawyers.
